We specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of Custom Architectural Signage, Environmental Graphics, and Branding Solutions. We collaborate with leaders from a variety of industries on a broad range of projects from interior ADA signage, exterior identity and branding, to public art and place-making. Project Management

Project Manager
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Oversee life cycle of assigned projects from kick-off to installation.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Manufacturing on project production and completion timelines.
  • Provide progress updates and timelines to clients and management team on a regular basis.
  • Review project materials, floor plans, etc. to develop message schedules and other production documentation as required.
  • Participate in on-site project meetings with clients as needed.
  • Perform site visits and field surveys as required.
  • Initiate and oversee permitting for assigned projects.

  • Moderate experience with Standard Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience with acquiring permits for a wide variety of signage.

  • Basic understanding of fabrication methods and processes.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and construction documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of signage regulations established by the ADA 2010, IBC, IFC, and local codes.
  • A 2-Year college degree or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with a signage manufacturer, environmental graphics firm, or similar trade.

Design & Engineering

Production Designer
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Interpret design intent packages and execute working drawings for quoting, production, and fabrication. (70%)
  • Prepare design intent and working drawings for client approval. (20%)
  • Prepare artwork and digital files for production. (as required by project assignments)
  • Calculate takeoffs and prepare bills of materials. (as required by project assignments)
  • Execute quality reviews in various stages of our workflow. (5%)
  • Perform other tasks in the Design and Graphics Department as assigned. (5%)

  • Moderate knowledge of materials including acrylic and aluminum.
  • Moderate understanding of fabrication methods and processes.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and construction documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of signage regulations established by the ADA 2010, IBC, IFC, and local codes.
  • A 2-Year college degree or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with a signage manufacturer, environmental graphics firm, or similar trade.

  • Large Format Printing and Prepress/Preflight Processes

Manufacturing

Fabricator
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Fabricate various signage components to include cabinet framing, channel letters, etc.
  • Fabricate various architectural and decorative elements
  • Install and wire lighting components
  • Work in efficient and safe manner to meet production schedule milestones.
  • Assist fellow fabricators as needed.
  • Maintain clean and safe work area.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have a curious mind and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Be motivated and self-reliant.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment both collaboratively and independently.
  • Be detail oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects and tasks.
  • Have exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Be energetic and have a sense of humor.
And Possess:
  • Experience with MIG welding
  • Experience working with Aluminum, Steel, Acrylic, etc.
  • Experience using a variety of tools and equipment including: saws, brakes, etc…
  • Experience with 12VDC LED lighting and electrical applications, wiring and trouble-shooting.
  • Ability to read and understand Fabrication and Architectural Drawings.
  • At least 2 years of experience with a signage manufacturer or similar trade.
  • Welding certification.

  • Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Valued Skills And Experience:
  • Forklift Certification.
  • CNC Routing and Waterjet
  • Basic carpentry and/or wood working skills.

Special Consideration:
  • Must Provide Own Tools.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Evenings and weekends may be required.
  • Occasional field work.
  • Able to lift 50lbs+.
